Communications has increasingly become digital. So has my work.
Below are some recent projects I've created for a variety of digital platforms.

MICA e-newsletter
During the past year, MICA launched a new communications channel — simply known as the MICA e-newsletter — to highlight the impressive work done by the college's community. This new communications vehicle has become an important part of the college's external communications strategy.
I lead all aspects of content development for the e-newsletter. My work includes curating stories from major news outlets, researching the work of faculty and alumni, determining a central message for each issue, writing all content with an eye for localizing major news and trends to the newsletter, and working closely with the Creative Director on the layout and design.

MICA on exposure.co
Last year, the Office of Strategic Communications began to use the exposure.co platform, which has allowed us to weave highly visual stories that incorporate text, photography, video and embedded social media. Following are a handful of items I created with this tool to highlight the student experience at MICA as well as the success of our alumni.
Video Projects
I've worked on video marketing in a variety of ways while at MICA, from leading projects from start to finish to managing conceptual direction and writing scripts. Below you'll find a few recent examples of my work in this area.
MICA Virtual Tour
I recently worked with the Office of Admission to update the MICA Virtual Tour. I wrote the script and all descriptive text used during the tour, ensuring consistency of tone and that key messages were included throughout. In addition, I was the liaison with the production team during the filming process, where I worked with student and staff talent to tweak the script based on their personal experiences in each subject area.
